Recipe // Smoothie Bowl

I had my first acai bowl in Malibu a few years ago and have loved them ever since. The only problem is, Texas cuisine is a bit different than California Cuisine and they are hard to find down here.ย Which is what leads me to today’s recipe.

Smoothie ingredients:
2 acai packets
1/2 cup frozen fruit
Almond milk
1-2 tablespoon nut butter
1 banana

Toppings:
Granola
Coconut
Berries
Honey
Chia seeds

Throw all of the smoothie ingredients in your blender and blend until thick, but free from chunks. Error on the side of less milk to start, after all you can always add it.

Place smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings.
